- You are responsible for any personal belongings during the tour. Edimburgo Tip Tours is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
5. Health, Safety, and Behavior
Customers are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with local laws. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Edimburgo Tip Tours requires customers to follow safety instructions provided by tour guides at all times.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy for private tours
- Customer Cancellations: To cancel, customers must notify Edimburgo Tip Tours via the contact information provided at the time of booking.
- Up to 7 Days Before Tour: 100% refund, minus a processing fee.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Tour: 50% refund.
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Tour: No refund will be provided.
- Company Cancellations: In cases where Edimburgo Tip Tours must cancel a tour (due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or guide unavailability), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Edimburgo TIp Tours takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all clients. However, participation in a tour is at your own risk.
- MAKA TOURS LTD is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in tours or activities unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Edimburgo Tip Tours staff.
- Customers are encouraged to obtain personal travel insurance for additional coverage.
8. Force Majeure
- Edimburgo Tip Tours shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other events of force majeure.
- Cancellation of tours can be also carried out when there is yellow or severe weather warning which could endanger the integrity of guides, clients or any other individual.
